## Self-contained apartments, set up for a proper holiday.

Full kitchens, in-apartment laundries, two bathrooms in every apartment. One minute on foot to Northcliffe Beach, fifteen to the centre of Surfers. Settle in for a week, a fortnight, or longer, and make the place yours.

## Pick your space.

- *2 Bedroom Superior*
- *3 Bedroom First Floor*
- *3 Bedroom Ocean*

## Coffee on the balcony. A swim before the beach fills up.

Self-catered means you set the pace. Breakfast with the doors open, sand under your feet by nine, lunch back in the apartment. Nobody's knocking on the door to turn down the bed.

- 50 m – To the sand
- 1 min – To Northcliffe Beach
- 5 min – To Cavill Avenue

## A swim before the sun gets serious.

One outdoor saltwater pool, heated to 26°C and open year-round. Heated spa, sauna, and steam room on the same level. Towels, loungers, and plenty of room.

## Take a look around.

Every apartment is 180 square metres, self-contained, with a full kitchen, in-apartment laundry, two bathrooms, and a private balcony. Apartments are individually owned, so finishes vary, and photography is indicative.

## Northcliffe, Surfers Paradise.

The quiet end of Surfers Paradise. Northcliffe Beach is one minute across Fern Street, Cavill Avenue is fifteen minutes north along the sand, and the G:link tram is a short walk inland. Far enough from the main strip that you don't hear it after dark.

- 50 m – Northcliffe Beach
- 1.5 km – Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise
- 18 km – Gold Coast Airport

## Notes from the property.

### Gold Coast 500 2026: walking distance, sleeping distance

The Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 runs 23 to 25 October 2026. The street circuit sits in central Surfers Paradise, a stroll north of Fern Street. Far enough from the cordon to sleep, close enough to walk in for the racing.

### Pacific Airshow Gold Coast 2026 from Surfers Paradise

The Pacific Airshow returns to Surfers Paradise on 14 to 16 August 2026 after the 2025 cancellation. The display flies over the ocean opposite Cavill Avenue, fifteen minutes north along the sand. Here's how to plan the weekend without sleeping above the crowd.

> Great Location! HUGE Apartments! We absolutely loved our stay at Marriner! The onsite managers were so lovely! They even allowed an early check in at no extra cost as the room was available! From the location to the check in! It was a 10/10! The apartment we were in was huge!! For the price you get incredible 360 views, 3 balconies! My babies are only 3 and 5 year olds and they didn't stop asking when we were going back to the hotel home!

> Great very spacious units with wonderful all round views. I rented a Superior Unit and ended up on the top floor on level 24. The views were fantastic of the ocean, hinterland and surrounding city landscape. It was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with an ensuite in the master bedroom and a second balcony in the 2nd bedroom. The main balcony was very spacious and the entire unit was very large and comfortable at a quoted 180m². Manager on site was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

> With visitors from overseas we wanted something that was close to the heart of Surfers and had great views of the coast. This place had it all. We paid a bit extra and had the top floor (24th floor) apartment and with only 2 apartments per floor we had views up and down the coast and out to the mountains. There were views from every window including the bathroom. We were virtually only there to sleep and it had everything that you could require in an apartment.

> Nicely decorated and modern apartment. We stayed at 3 different hotels at the Surfers Paradise and Marriner Views had to be the best among the lot. We booked a 2 bedroom unit, and got the 18th floor unit facing the ocean. The room was nicely decorated and made us feel like we are at home, nice lighting, books on the bookshelves and nice kitchen. The two managers, Bernie and Margaret, were very friendly. We checked out and my kid left her glasses in the room. Bernie sent us an email within 30 minutes after we checked out, and we came back to pick it up.

> A well kept place with modern interior and super nice management. Marriner Views is located close to the centre of Surfers Paradise and just about 50 metres away from a fantastic beach. Steve, the building manager, has done a wonderful job to make our stay joyful. The furniture and beds in the apartment are comfortable and modern. We were staying in Apartment 1A which is located close to the large and very well kept pool.

> Our stay here at the Marriner Views has been nothing short of amazing. The facilities, the room, the position, management, the staff... THE VIEW, just brilliant. We originally checked in for 7 nights, but fell in love with the place and couldn't leave, and ended up staying almost 3 weeks. If you're looking for a laidback place to stay with spacious rooms and stunning 360 degree views, this is it.
